Free 8-week action challenge

Rapid Value Creation by UTS Startups

Honest expectations: RVC is not a traditional academic course or a guaranteed income path. It is an eight-week action challenge built around testing, shipping and learning from real market signals.

Take action.
Ship products.
Keep going.

An 8-week UTS Startups challenge where you read a signal, make a small bet, take one concrete action and reflect on what happened.

No startup idea or existing product required.

Rapid Value Creation is a free, practical UTS Startups challenge built around one repeated habit: turn what you notice into one concrete action, put it where people can respond, then use that response to decide what comes next.

  • Spot opportunities and trends
  • Make a small product, offer or test
  • Put it where people can respond
  • Read the response as evidence
  • Choose the next action

Why action stalls

At some point we tell ourselvesit's easier to wait...

Until I have more time. More money. More experience.

Until someone else approves the idea. Until I'm further along in my career. Until I've done more research and feel properly prepared.

RVC gives that waiting a weekly interruption. One concrete action. A reflection on what happened. Then the next action.

Start with what the market shows you

You don't need a startup idea. You don't need a product. You start with a signal.

RVC is not about building a traditional startup. It is about spotting opportunities in digital products and ecommerce, then using trends and analytics to test practical ways of making money online.

The samefour actions.Every Week

Identify the signals and predict what you expect to get done. Choose your focus and your Level. Ship ONE real action. Then reflect with a short video, a guided post and a shareable image.

STEP 01 OF 04

Read the signal

Within this week's muscle: spot what is moving, where the opportunity sits, and call what you expect to get done.

Past participant feedback. In their own words.

Past participant experience, not a guarantee that Season 1 produces the same outcomes.

Way better than other courses, it actually pushed us to produce things and launch them in the real world.

Use sourced examples as context: learn to read real income and demand signals as market evidence, not as expected results. Then notice why one ad, post, offer or product gets a response and others don't.

Start with what the market is showing you, not a finished idea. Use trends and analytics to choose a small digital product or ecommerce test, put it online and see how people respond. We give you AI prompts, tools and templates to help you move from signal to test.

The subjects change. The action stays.

Income Reports + Goal Setting

Study two sourced income reports as contextual examples, then use what you saw as evidence to call what you expect to get done.

Automate a pain point.Test whether it helps.

One possible path is to use Claude to understand repeated work, Codex to build it, n8n to connect it, and Shopify to test an offer. These tools are optional examples, not a required stack or an expected commercial result.

Illustrative tools only. They are examples, not required platforms, sponsors, affiliations or promises of results.

Show up and reflect.See what opens up.

Do the work and submit your reflection. Then learn from reflections other participants choose to share: see what they tried, what happened and what they would change, without having to repeat every experiment yourself.

A genuine attempt plus reflection keeps your streak. Peer engagement may open extra participant-only sessions; it never gates your streak.
